About

Reconnection Happens When the Body Feels Safe

My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with safety, the kind that allows the nervous system to soften, the breath to deepen, and the body to release what it has been holding. I offer a gentle, trauma‑aware approach to wellbeing that supports mental and emotional balance through vibrational sound therapy and grounding practices.

my story

My Path Into This Work

I didn’t come into this work through theory, I came into it through lived experience. For years, I navigated my own periods of stress, emotional overwhelm, and the internal pressure of trying to fit into spaces that didn’t fully see or understand me. Growing up queer within a culture that rarely spoke about identity or mental health created a silence that took a toll on my wellbeing.

During this time, I began to notice how much the body holds; tension, fear, unprocessed emotions, and the quiet weight of trying to cope. Sound therapy became a turning point. It offered a way to settle my nervous system, release long‑held patterns, and reconnect with parts of myself I had pushed aside.

In 2020, I deepened this work through training that helped me understand trauma, the nervous system, and the subtle ways sound can support emotional regulation. What began as personal healing grew into a calling: to create safe, grounding spaces where others could experience the same sense of ease, clarity, and reconnection.

I’ve continued to learn, unlearn, and shed layers; doing the ongoing inner work to become a more grounded, present, and compassionate version of myself. These lived experiences shape everything I do. They’re why I’m so committed to mental‑health‑aligned wellbeing, identity‑affirming support, and trauma‑aware practice.

my approach

A Trauma‑Aware, Nervous‑System Focused Approach

I work with the body’s natural rhythms, using sound and vibration to support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and the release of stored tension. My approach is slow, intentional, and grounded in compassion, designed to help you feel safe, seen, and supported throughout your session.

This work is mental‑health‑aligned, meaning it complements therapeutic support, counselling, and other wellbeing practices. It is not about forcing change; it is about creating the conditions where change can naturally unfold.
